</Frame>

At the start or end of the week, Amy pulls together what's moved across your pipeline, meetings, and channels into a clear update your team can read in a minute.

## What you get

* A summary of the week's key updates across your work
* Pipeline movement, notable meetings, and decisions in one place
* A clean, structured write-up ready to share
* Delivered as a Google Doc, Slides deck, or Sheet when you want something to circulate
* A consistent format your team comes to expect each week

## When to use it

* You send a regular update and want the gathering done for you
* You want your team aligned without spending an hour writing it up
* You want the same structure week to week

## How to activate

Ask Amy to pull the week together into a draft update.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Draft my weekly team update. Pull together pipeline movement, notable meetings, and key decisions from the past week into a clear, structured summary, then write it up as a [Google Doc, Slides deck, or Google Sheet] I can review and share with my team.
```

<Tip>
  Save your team-update template to your [context library](/context-library), and Amy will draft every update in the format your team expects.
</Tip>

## Make it a routine

Run it as a Friday [routine](/routines) and the update is drafted and waiting for your edits.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Every Friday at 3pm, pull together pipeline movement, notable meetings, and key decisions from the past week into a clear, structured summary, write it up as a [Google Doc, Slides deck, or Google Sheet], and send me the link to review before I share it.
```
