# CRM Enrichment

> Keep your contact and company data clean and complete, automatically.

A CRM is only as useful as the data inside it. Amy runs on a schedule to find gaps, pull in missing information, and keep your records accurate, without anyone having to do it manually.

## What you get

* Missing fields filled in: job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles
* Company data updated: headcount, funding status, website, industry classification
* Duplicate contacts flagged for review
* A weekly summary of what was enriched and what still needs manual attention

## When to use it

* Your CRM has hundreds of contacts added over time with incomplete data
* You want enrichment to happen automatically when new contacts are added
* Your team relies on CRM data for outreach, reporting, or personalisation

## How to activate

Connect your CRM and a data enrichment source, then tell Amy which contacts to enrich, whether that's everyone or a specific segment such as contacts added in the last 30 days.

  Amy only writes enriched data to fields that are currently empty. It won't overwrite data you've entered manually.
