Every Monday morning, Amy pulls your open deals from the CRM, analyses activity across each one, and delivers a concise review with clear signals about where to focus your week.

## What you get

* Full pipeline status: stage, last activity, and days since last contact for each deal
* Deals that have moved forward since last week
* Deals that have gone quiet and may need a nudge
* Upcoming milestones or deadlines across open opportunities
* Recommended actions for the top 3-5 priority deals

## When to use it

* You manage a pipeline of 10+ active opportunities at any time
* You want a structured start to your week without building the report yourself
* You're a team lead who needs to stay across multiple reps' books of business

## How to activate

Ask Amy to pull your open deals and build the review. She queries your CRM directly.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Build me a pipeline review. Pull my open deals from my CRM, analyse activity across each one, and send me a summary covering what has moved, what has gone quiet, upcoming deadlines, and your top recommended focus areas for the week.
```

<Note>
  Amy can be configured to focus on specific pipeline stages, deal sizes, or account types. Tell her what matters most and she'll filter accordingly.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Save your pipeline priorities to your [context library](/context-library), such as the stages, deal sizes, or accounts that matter most, and Amy will focus the review there.
</Tip>

## Make it a routine

This is the classic Monday morning [routine](/routines). The review is written before your first call.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Every Monday at 9am, pull my open deals from my CRM, analyse activity across each one, and send me a summary covering what has moved, what has gone quiet, upcoming deadlines, and your top recommended focus areas for the week.
```
