# Meeting Follow-Up

> Close the loop on every meeting without writing a single note yourself.

After a meeting ends, Amy steps in, she drafts the follow-up email, logs key takeaways to your CRM, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

## What you get

* A draft follow-up email summarising what was discussed and what was agreed
* Action items extracted and assigned with suggested deadlines
* Meeting notes logged to the relevant deal or contact record in your CRM
* Reminders set for any commitments you made in the meeting

## When to use it

* You come out of meetings with a mental list of things to do and rarely have time to write them down
* You want CRM notes kept current without manual entry after every call
* You manage client relationships where timely follow-up is critical

## How to activate

Ask Amy to write up a meeting once it's done.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Write up my last meeting. Draft a follow-up email summarising what was discussed and agreed, extract action items with suggested deadlines, log the notes to the relevant record in my CRM, and set reminders for any commitments I made.
```

<Note>
  Pair this recipe with Meeting Prepper for full end-to-end coverage, so Amy preps you before and closes the loop after.
</Note>

<Tip>
  Save a tone-of-voice profile to your [context library](/context-library), and Amy will draft every follow-up so it sounds like you wrote it.
</Tip>

## Make it a routine

Run it as an end-of-day [routine](/routines) and the follow-ups are drafted before you've left your desk.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Every weekday at 5pm, look at the meetings on my calendar that happened today and for each one draft a follow-up email summarising what was discussed and agreed, extract action items with suggested deadlines, and log the notes to the relevant record in my CRM. Hold the drafts for my review.
```
