Relationships fade when you go quiet. Point Amy at a list in your CRM and she finds the people you haven't touched in a while, recalls your last exchanges, and hands you a natural reason to get back in contact.

## What you get

* The contacts on your list with no activity in the past 30 days
* A reminder of your prior touchpoints and what you last discussed
* A suggested conversation starter tailored to each person
* A draft email ready for you to adjust and send

## When to use it

* Your network is larger than you can keep warm by memory
* You want to stay in regular contact with the people who matter
* You want a prompt and a reason, not just a name on a list

## How to activate

Point Amy at a list in your CRM and let her find who has gone quiet.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Go through my [list name] in my CRM and find everyone I've had no activity with in the past 30 days. For each, remind me of our prior touchpoints and what we last discussed, suggest a conversation starter, and draft a short email I can adjust and send.
```

<Tip>
  Save a tone-of-voice profile to your [context library](/context-library), and Amy will draft every email so it sounds like you wrote it.
</Tip>

## Make it a routine

Relationships fade on a schedule, so nurture them on one. Make it a monthly [routine](/routines).

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
On the first of every month, go through my [list name] in my CRM and find everyone I've had no activity with in the past 30 days. For each, remind me of our prior touchpoints and what we last discussed, suggest a conversation starter, and draft a short email. Hold the drafts for my review.
```
