# Outreach Templates

> Your intro and follow-up emails saved by name, so Amy drafts from the version that already works instead of starting from scratch.

You already have emails that work. Save them by name and Amy drafts from those rather than inventing a new one each time, with the specifics swapped for whoever you're writing to.

## What you get

* Your intro, follow-up, and nudge emails, each saved under a name
* Amy fills in the specifics from her research on the recipient
* The structure and register you know converts
* One edit updates every future draft

## How to save it

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Here's an outreach email I want to reuse: [paste]. Save it to my knowledge library as my standard [intro / follow-up] template.
```

## How to use it

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Draft an intro to [contact] using my intro template, and pull in what you can find on them and their company.
```

<Tip>
  Save these alongside a [tone of voice](/recipes/tone-of-voice) profile. The template sets the structure, the profile sets the voice, and Amy applies both.
</Tip>
