# Reference Documents

> The decks, org charts, and process docs Amy should be able to draw on, saved by name so you never attach the same file twice.

Some documents you end up attaching over and over. Save them once, give each a name, and Amy pulls the right one when it's relevant.

## What you get

* Your pitch deck, org chart, process docs, and one-pagers on hand
* Amy citing your own material rather than reconstructing it
* No re-attaching the same file to every request
* A shared set your whole team can call by name

## How to save it

Forward the file to Amy, or attach it in chat.

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
I'm attaching [our pitch deck / org chart / process doc]. Save it to my knowledge library as "[name]" so you can draw on it whenever it's relevant.
```

## How to use it

```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null}
Draft a reply to [contact] and pull the numbers from our [document name].
```

<Tip>
  Connect your file storage as well and Amy can read from your live folders too, so documents you update stay current without you re-saving them.
