Schedule a meeting Skip the back and forth. Tell Amy who you want to meet and roughly when, and she creates the calendar event, writes the invite, and sends it. ## What you get * A calendar event created at a time that works against your schedule * An invite drafted with a clear subject and agenda * The right attendees added, with a video link if you use one * A scheduling link shared instead, when you'd rather let the other person pick a slot * The invite sent once you've given the go-ahead ## When to use it * You want a meeting on the calendar without doing the admin yourself * You're setting up a call and want the invite written properly * You'd rather describe the meeting in a sentence than fill out a form ## How to activate Tell Amy the who, the when, and the why. ```text title="Copy and send to Amy" wrap theme={null} Set up a meeting with [name and email] on [date and time] about [topic].
