How do I get started with Amy?
Getting started takes a couple of minutes. Sign up, choose the channel you want to talk to her in (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email), and connect your first few tools by just asking her in chat. If you’d like a hand, book an onboarding session with the team and we’ll set you up. The quickest way to see what she can do is to ask her to prep you for your next meeting.

No. There’s nothing new to learn and nothing to install. Amy works inside the channels you already use every day, email, Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram, so you delegate to her the same way you’d message a colleague.

Yes. Amy has completed both SOC 2 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2, independent audits of how we handle and protect your data. If you’d like to review the reports, email security@amy.vc and we’ll share them with you.

Your data is yours. It stays siloed to your account and is never used to train AI models, ours or any third party’s. Almost certainly. Amy connects natively to over 1,000 tools across CRM, email, calendar, chat, files, and data. You authorise a tool once, Amy gains the access you grant, and connections refresh weekly so her context stays current. The fastest way to link something is to just ask Amy in chat. The more you connect, the more she can do, because she reads and acts across your whole stack instead of working from a blank slate.

Yes. Amy lives in the channels you already use: email, Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram. WhatsApp is the most popular. She keeps context across all of them, so you can start a task over email, follow up on WhatsApp, and she knows exactly where things stand.

Yes, Amy is built for teams. Set up a team account and everyone shares one credit pool, so every member gets every capability without per-seat licenses. Knowledge, prompts, templates, and watchlists can be shared across the team, and you can invite colleagues directly. Each person works in their own channels while the team shares context and memory.

Amy works in plain language and shows her steps, citing the sources behind her answers so you can trace where a fact came from. You’re never taking her word for it: you can open the underlying email, document, or record she used.
Does Amy act on my behalf, or does she only read my data?

Amy does both. She reads across the tools you connect to answer questions, and she takes real action too: drafting replies, updating your CRM, building lists, and scheduling. She only ever works within the access you grant, and you can revoke any connection at any time.

Yes. Amy confirms with you before anything is written, so you can check her work meets your standard first. She also has a strict guardrail against deleting data: she can add to and modify records, but she won’t delete anything unless you explicitly choose to.

Amy aims to be balanced, and you can steer how critical she is. If you find her erring toward the positive, add an instruction to your team memory or Context Library, for example to always lead with risks or hold analysis to a specific bar, and she’ll apply it to every task going forward.

On top of that she’s bundled with proprietary tools like Firecrawl, People Data Labs, CoreSignal, Exa Search, and X, so she can enrich contacts, research companies, and find verified contact details a general chatbot can’t reach. She comes with over 1,000 integrations out of the box, and she lives in the channels you already use every day rather than in a separate tab you have to remember to open.
