Knowledge
Knowledge is where you save the reference material Amy draws on whenever she works for you: your firm overview, active deals, client preferences, templates, and more. Think of your knowledge library as the briefing document Amy reads before every task. The richer it is, the less you have to re-explain, and the more tailored her output becomes. Each item you save gets a name. Once it’s saved, you call it by name in any request and Amy pulls it in.

How it works

You add an item once, and Amy pulls from your knowledge library automatically on every task. There’s no need to paste the same background into each request. When she drafts an email, researches a contact, or builds a brief, she’s already working from what you’ve saved.

What to add

Firm or company overview

Who you are, what you do, and how you position yourselves.

Active deals or clients

Names, context, current status, and key contacts.

Personal preferences

How you like emails drafted, which contacts are high priority, tone guidelines.

Reference documents

Pitch decks, templates, org charts, process docs.

Getting started

Send Amy a message in any channel to save your first item.

You can also forward a document directly to Amy and ask her to file it.

Build your knowledge library

The most useful items aren’t always documents you already have. They’re things Amy can build for you: a profile of how you write, a research template, a map of your CRM. Ask her to create one once and she’ll save it and apply it on every future task. The knowledge library has eight worth saving first, each with the prompt that saves it and the prompt that calls it.

Tone of voice, research and meeting-prep templates, your CRM map, firm boilerplate, priority contacts, and reference documents.

Reference items by name

Once an item is saved, just name it in any request and Amy pulls it automatically. There’s no need to re-explain or re-attach anything.

Give each item a clear, memorable name when you save it (for example “tone of voice” or “company research template”) so it’s easy to call later.

Pro tips

  • Ask Amy to build items for you, like a tone-of-voice profile, a research template, or a CRM map, not just store documents you already have. Then reference them by name in any chat.
  • The richer your knowledge library, the less you need to re-explain. Amy pulls from it automatically on every task.
  • Forward documents directly instead of retyping. Amy files and indexes them for you.
  • Add preferences (tone, priority contacts, formatting) so drafts come back the way you’d write them.
