Amy library
The library is how you build out your Amy. Every item in it is one of two things: a task you hand her, or a piece of knowledge she works from. Add a few of each and she stops needing to be briefed. Pick a shelf.

Task library: scheduled

16 tasks. The work worth setting once: the morning briefing, the Monday pipeline review, the quarterly market digest. Tell Amy the cadence and the result arrives on time from then on.

Task library: run anytime

21 tasks. The work that runs the moment you ask. Send the prompt, or forward the email or deck, and Amy takes it from there. Nothing to set up.

Knowledge library

8 items. Your tone of voice, your templates, your CRM map, your priority contacts. Save one once and every task afterwards gets better.

Which one do I need?

Start in run anytime. Every task there is a prompt you can copy and send in any channel, or a document you can forward. Nothing needs connecting first beyond the tools the task actually reads.
That belongs in scheduled. Anything you’ve asked Amy for twice is a scheduled task waiting to happen: describe it once, set the cadence, and stop remembering to ask. See Scheduled tasks for how approvals and test runs work.
That’s a knowledge gap, not a task problem. Save a template, a tone-of-voice profile, or your priority contacts, and she applies it to every task from then on instead of guessing.
